All cats must be immunised against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Feline Respiratory Infection (Cat Flu). Owners must produce an up-to-date vaccination certificate upon arrival. Failure to do so will mean that your cat will be unable to board as arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any cat that we feel is showing signs of ill health pending veterinary advice for which the owner is fully liable. Owners will appreciate that this is to ensure the good health of all our boarders. Veterinary attention is assured should this become necessary during the stay. All cats are insured whilst in our care. However, our insurance does not cover any pre-existing conditions or problems arising from vaccinations. We regret that we are unable to board un-neutered males over the age of 8 months. If your cat is on prescribed medication (including insulin injections), we are happy to administer. |
All fees are payable on collection by cash of cheque. We regret we are unable to take credit or debit cards. A full days board is charged for the days of arrival and collection. This allows for the essential cleaning and disinfection of the chalets. |
